Toasty toes…

This week I have been busy with my crochet hooks and these are the end result, a new pair of slippers! I have been looking for something to keep my toes nice and toasty in this chilly Spring weather, and crochet slippers appear to be everywhere. Why buy some when I can make some?? So I scoured the internet and found several patterns for what are termed “mary jane” slippers, and rummaged through my wool stash and decided on these two lovely shades of green. End result, toasty toes!
I’ve just found a lovely ball of sparkly purple wool which would also look good knitted up..mmm where’s that crochet hook…. 🙂

If you would like to make a pair, then take a look at this brilliant blog from Little house by the sea
