An English Country Garden

I have at long last purchased a new camera. Inspired by the vast number of butterflies in my garden this year, I realised my old digital camera was somewhat lacking in the photo stakes, and even though I could get good close up pictures with my smartphone, I wanted something with a more powerful zoom that I could also use for wildlife and astrophotography with my telescope. I decided to stick with Nikon and purchased a Nikon L810. I am very pleased with the results, and you can see the results on my Flickr pages.

Here is a selection of my recent photos taken in my garden and around the Wyre Forest.
