Welly wet weather in Wolverley

We are very lucky to have a small nature reserve on the edge of our housing estate, Puxton Marshes and Stourvale Wetlands. We often go for a walk around the marshes which lie between the River Stour and the canal, and this morning due to the rain we have had they were just that marsh and wet!

Good for the ducks, but not so good for some of the other animals we encountered trying to find a dry patch along the edges of the fields!
